Speaking for the education sector, in a time when we are so intertwined with technology, planning education without corporate learning technologies is unthinkable. Consider this: we recently experienced a pandemic, and its effects are still ongoing. Every sector was impacted by the pandemic, with education being one of the most affected. Methods of working have changed, shifting from face-to-face learning to what we now call e-learning or distance education.

In the past, accessing knowledge required large educational institutions, corporate libraries, expensive books, and high-profile educators. To reach these resources, we had to physically move from our seats. Now, none of that is necessary. With an internet connection and a computer, the world is at your fingertips. Learning has become incredibly easy. You simply type what you want to learn into search engines, and thousands of resources appear. This is exactly what e-learning, brought into our lives by the pandemic and enabled by technology, is all about. Online education systems have not only made accessing information easier but also significantly increased the variety of educational tools available. Where books were once our primary source of education, we now have videos, images, audio recordings, and many other educational resources. Digital learning has fundamentally changed traditional learning habits. It's clear that the era of trying to learn something in a classroom with a teacher is gradually coming to an end. When you hear "New World Order," don't think of conspiracy theories. This is the true New World Order. Teachers are slowly transitioning from being primary sources of information to playing a guiding role in e-learning systems.

Corporate learning technologies have brought revolutionary changes to the education system. We no longer need enclosed spaces, boring classrooms, or lecture halls to learn. We don't have to be confined within buildings. The roles of both educators and students have changed. Students, who were passive in the traditional education model, have now taken on an active role. The one-way flow of information from teacher to student has been replaced by mutual interaction. Thus, institutions that have adopted online education systems have shifted from stable learning to a learning organization model.

So why hasn't such a beneficial distance education system been implemented until now? There are two reasons. First, despite its many shortcomings, the continuation of the traditional education system still benefits certain groups greatly. Online education does not require large organizations, massive educational institutions, or huge expenditures. With a computer and an internet connection, you can receive education on any subject from anywhere in the world. In contrast, the traditional education system supports corporate education institutions, dormitories, lecture halls, expensive tuition fees, numerous employed teachers, and millions of people benefiting from this sector. Hence, the resistance to abandoning traditional education systems is understandable.

The second reason for the incomplete transition to distance education systems is the lack of resources. Despite all the technological advancements and opportunities we have, not everything is accessible to everyone. Even though technology has advanced rapidly in a short time, not everyone has had the same degree of access to it. This was particularly evident during the pandemic when many students couldn't use the state-organized online education system due to insufficient infrastructure.

Now is the time to leverage the technology we have to connect the masses with e-learning technologies. There's no longer a need to spend large sums of money to access knowledge. Thanks to new education systems, obtaining education is no longer monopolized by a select few. Digital learning technologies have made education more democratic than ever before.

In this context, we believe all institutions should quickly transition to corporate learning technologies systems to cultivate a human model that meets the requirements of our era.

Best regards.
