The Transformation Wizard is a method that guides your users along a focused path to complete their learning programs. The primary goal is to direct your users towards completing their learning objectives, thereby increasing conversion rates. It is completely different from traditional training assignments and helps users maintain focus without distractions.
If we can guide thoughts, we can guide actions!
Traditional training assignments allow users to go in many different directions, which can complicate the learning process. Users may get lost among many options and eventually disengage from the learning process. However, the Transformation Wizard guides users on a focused path, progressing step by step through the learning process.
It typically consists of six main stages:
Come up with a creative name and a catchy acronym for the program! For example, the “Manager Candidate Training” Program can be called the YAY Program. Define the program’s goals, objectives, teaching methodology (which theory?), logo, development process, format, duration, target audience, materials (assignments, movies, guides, etc.), and more.
Motivates users, encourages learning goals, and secures their commitment. It includes a video introducing the learning program, using storytelling techniques to hook, narrate, and present the learning offer. The process begins with a "Ready to Start" button.
Presents a survey for users to evaluate themselves on the learning topics, measuring tendencies to understand themselves better.
