What is a Learning Organization?
Learning, in its simplest form, is the process of an individual increasing their knowledge capacity. This process, which starts on an individual level, gradually expands to team learning and eventually reaches the organization as a whole. A learning organization is a group of people who continuously develop themselves both individually and collectively to reach a shared future vision.

- They do not strive to improve their work or bring innovations.
- They do not take the initiative.
- They passively watch all developments and progress within the company.

- They are rigid in their thinking and insist on their own ideas.
- Training is just an obligation for employees.
- Employees attend classroom training for socializing rather than for knowledge and development.
- There is no common training and development platform, or the existing systems are inactive.
